Back in college, we served as joint social chairs of the unique co-ed house Amarna, whose signature party was “Wine and Cheese”. Buying the cheese selection for the event was an adventure and an education for us as we tried every variety we could find.
In the years since, we’ve kept our cheesemonger skills honed by regularly arranging cheese platters for family gatherings. Today we once again have a chance to share our favorites on a massive scale!
